Lots of people have been unemployed, some for a short time, other for a long while and still others for even longer.
I was unemployed for four and a half years, I survived only Our Heavenly Father know, He provided for me all that time. Yes it was hard, I lost everything, had some amazing experiences, only with hindsight are they amazing. :) I had some serious issues to deal with especially the psychology of it all. Also the employment laws in my country are such that I am actually unemployable due to my race, age and gender, in that order.
So what now, how am I going to survive? I started looking on the internet to see if I could some kind of work off the net. I looked at virtual employment, signed up at some sites, but am still waiting for acceptance of my applications. Found lots of sites that offer instant cash, and lots of it, but I have a problem paying money to work for them. Maybe my thinking is a bit weird, maybe I've been in mainline for too long, I'm not sure, but to pay money to earn money kind of goes against my grain.
Eventually I found a site that is free to join, there is no obligation to pay or purchase anything, and there are numerous streams of income that you can use.
